Long story short, I had a credit with Southwest that was going to expire right before our family trip (I thought it would be good), so we decided to try to get a last minute trip in October, we only had one weekend to choose and I was really sure that I wouldn't get anything with F&W, so I was prepared just to try for Vero. Well, Member services could get the weekend days no problem (OKW and SSR) but couldn't get either Sunday or Thursday, we only needed one.
After about a ten minute hold he came back and said he was able to get Thursday Oct 2 through Sund Oct 5 in a SSR studio. I guess they could see so many studios in CRO still open at SSR they pulled one back for me. So last minute did work out for me...we could even get our ADR's for either our first or second choice (another surprise!)
