Got a PIN code--value resort only?

I got my first-ever PIN code for a time that we will actually BE at WDW! Unfortunately, it seems to be only for a value resort. Has anyone been able to apply a code to a different level of resort? We were dreaming of a monorail resort someday....thanks!

We got an email with a pin code last week. It stated 30% off of values. I called the phone # and there is also a discount for the mods and deluxes.

Thanks Limabeanmom2003! Do you know what the discounts are for mods and deluxes? I can't call CRO from work and I'm DYING to find out! I can't believe that my first code is for a time I am actually there!

Sign up for emails directly from the Disney website-- that seems to get people on the list for email PINs.

The pin's are codes that are mailed/emailed directly to you and are non transferrable. they arrive with a pin number you have to have to access it but they can still see in the computer if you can or can not use it. The numbers are not allowed to be published on the site. There are many theories about how to get them and who gets them. Get on any disney mailing list you can, check the yes you can mail/email me info/offers on anything disney related. Order the planning video. As far as who they send it to, theories range from random to targeted advertising. Kind of luck of the draw.

it was 30% off values and I did not even ask about mods or deluxes because the savings was so good and we were already booked at POP and my kids want to go there now...I always said if I got a pin I would upgrade but the girls want to stay at POP! Maybe it was 30% at others too

i have signed up with the walt disney world website and i am from the UK.

would i ever get sent a pin code?

I am on line with CRO now--there seems to be limited availability with this PIN, and no deep discounts at deluxes-- 530 night for GF with and MK view. The good news is that you CAN apply the pin to deluxes/DVC resorts as previous posters mentioned. Hope this helps someone!

From another post it looks like you are going Feb 16? that deal does take 100 off of GF MK view for that time.

For those that just rec'd offers... what time period is covered in this round of mail or e mail pin codes? Check in dates between what and what?

Haven't rec'd anything. But I know one time when I was planning a trip and called to reserve, they had one on file for me that I hadn't rec'd notice of.

Our next trip we're aiming for arrival 6/2. If this round of pin offers covers that date, I'll call and see if anything is attached to my name.
