Here is one of my favorites. As it is baking, a delicious aroma fills the house!

Garlic Chicken

2 teaspoons crushed or minced garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Warm the garlic and olive oil to blend the flavors in the microwave for about 35 seconds.

In a separate dish, combine the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip the chicken breasts in the olive oil and garlic mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture.

Place in a shallow baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until no longer pink and juices run clear.

1 egg slightly beaten
1 cup white sugar
1 cup crunchy peanut butter

Combine all ingredients. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. To variate recipe can also put chocolate stars on top before baking. Makes two dozen.

Here's one I found on the 'net, it's easy enough!

Cherry Mallow cake

4 cups miniature marshmallows
1 (18.25-oz.) package yellow cake mix
1 (21-oz.) can cherry pie filling

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Place marshmallows evenly in the bottom of the pan.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour batter over marshmallows. Spoon cherry filling evenly over cake batter.
Bake for oven 45 to 50 minutes. The top of the cake will be bubbly and the marshmallows will be sticky on top of the cake. Let cool in the pan, then cut into squares.

Six Can Casserole

2 small cans chicken (or 1 large but that makes it Five Can Casserole :teeth: )
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can evaportate skim milk
1 can chow mein noodles

Flake the chicken. Add soupand milk. Stir. Fold in chow mein noodles. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. Serve with salad and green beans and rolls. These ingredients are easy to keep around for when you need to throw together a quick meal in a pinch.

Bar B Q Burrito

1 pd meat (as below)
salt/pepper
v8
picante
tortilla
cheese
Bar b q sauce

(ok, so its 7things, but all easy to find in the kitchen)

Got the idea friom a cookbook, but changed it a bit.

1 pd top round (or, pre cut stir fry strips) cut into 1/4-1/2 in strips, then cut into 1-1 1/2 inch sections.

can V8 spicy juice
salt/pepper to liking
lemon (or lime for a bit tart'er taste) juice (2 tspn)

(can add some picante if desired)

Marinate covered for 8 hrs or more

hot fire (using smoking woood) I use mesquite)

put meat, using slotted spoon, into a foil tent, close tent tightly, place on grill above heat, close lid and dampers for smoking effect. My pit gets to 500 or more during this time, but not necessary. You can adjust based on your pit.

15 minutes later, remove from heat, stir, re close, replace over heat.

6 large tortillas, in foil, close foil, place on grill off of heat

5 minutes remove, place 3 spoon fulls, or four, into each tortilla.

add cheese (if desired) and anything else (tomatoe, onion, etc.) But, cheese is good enough.

Roll into burrito (roll in half, fold sides in, complete roll.

Place on plate

Spread honey bar b q sauce on the burrito (can use a spicy bar b q as well.

Use pam in the coller side of the grill

Replace burrito on the grill, for a short time, less then 5 minutes, flip, reglaze with sauce.

Pull off.

The marinade gives a light spice kick to the meat, the cooking process allows the meat to cook without drying, and the sauce gives the outside a sweet taste, contrasting with the light spice inside.
