Actually, I have done a search on my name about every six months for about three years now. It is a smart thing to do since you never know what people will put on the net. I have only had work related hits on my name.

I do this...not because I am vain...but because three years ago, a good friend of mine, found out an ex had posted nude photos of her..under her name as revenge. The photes were her head on someone else's body and some real photoes of her - glamour shot photos - she had done in skimpy outfits for him. Took her months to get the photos taken down. She actually got glamour shots involved since he didn't have permission to use the photos.

It might sound paranoid, but the internet has given vindictive exes an outlet for "revenge".

Apparently I am a postal worker who helped to indict an embezzler...

A world class runner... I was referred to as a "running God"

But the best part was I actually found ME! I wrote an email to the Atlanta Humane Society about my "success" with an animal I adopted from them and they posted it on their site!
