Goofy's Kitchen Current Pricing

I'm thinking about going for my birthday next month but am getting conflicting information from various websites, a strange majority all from 2009. Of course's Disney's website isn't very helpful.

Disneyland.com says that Goofy's Kitchen is $36 & up.
The pricing listed on disboards.com says

Breakfast & Lunch: Adults (ages 10 and up) $25.99, Children (ages 3 - 9) $13.99
DINNER PRICE: Adults: $31.99, Children (3-9) $13.99
Hours: Brunch: 7:00 AM– 1:00 PM (Mon. thru Fri.), 7:00 PM – 2:00 PM (Sat. and Sun.) Dinner: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM Daily

Some reviews I've read said that tax, tip, and drinks are included, but some I've read said that after tax and tip, the meal comes out to $45/person (and didn't mention drinks). I know it's popular nowadays for buffets to charge extra for drinks (I miss included drinks at Hometown -_- ) Also, is it still a buffet? One thing I ran across had menu items listed separately with prices set next to them.

I want to figure out pretty closely how much this will cost so I can decide whether to go or wait for a more milestone birthday. Thanks!

No worries. I just think that most of the people who frequent this restaurant board are Disney WORLD people and wouldn't have much experience with things over at the LAND. Hope you get an answer soon.

Without an AP discount, dinner is currently approx $45 per adult/$20 per child 9 and under. Peak season, the food portion is $32, during peak season (which we are currently in) the food portion is $36. Multiply that by 1.25 for tax and tip and you will get the full price. If you have an AP, you will save 10% and 15% for PAP holders.
