Goofy's Great Birthday Bash NEW 6/2 page 34

Ooooh yummy! I didn't realize Liberty Tree Tavern had menu items. I guess I thought it was just family style. I think I'll have to be checking it out. I think I'll be checking out Tour Guide Mike as well. It would be worth the subscription to not have to deal with crowds. Not that the crowds in September are that bad, but an empty park sure would be nice.:thumbsup2

OMGosh, that dip looks so good! In fact, I just spent the last few minutes googling a recipe that would resemble it...:rolleyes1 Guess what I'll be making for a Thanksgiving appetizer? :yay:

On a side note. I got my scan and blood work back yesterday and I am now one year cancer free. Makes my feel quite blessed. I thought it deserved a trip to the World but Don is not being very cooperative.

Congratulations! That's wonderful news - and I totally agree that it's very trip worthy :thumbsup2

Love the picture of "Goofy" with Dumbo. I'll have to show that Mark tonight...we take that same picture every year with Mark and Dumbo. :)

Enjoying you TR so far, and I can't wait to read more! i would like to be close like that with my kids one day (I don't have any yet). I loved spending one-on-one time with both my parents growing up, but I never got to do a long trip like that without the rest of the family there. Souunds like you had lots of Disney magic :wizard:

Yay! I just found this TR. I loved reading about Stitch's trip earlier in the year and this one is equally entertaining. Those pics of an empty MK are great. We actually had a morning like that in late June a few years ago and it was so much fun!

Can't wait for the next installment.

Sounds like a nice lunch...and you got some great pictures of Goofy!

Good morning Jay, did you do a PTR for Aladdin's Birthday? I can't believe it is so close. I can't wait to see current pics of that handsome young man.

Thank you for that. I feel it is. I just have to convince Don. You know I live next door to the east of you. Have a wonderful Christmas trip.

Ginny

Thanks, we're really looking forward to our trip. And howdy neighbor! We spent a week in your state this past summer for a baseball tournament. We rented a lakehouse in Bella Vista - absolutely beautiful area!

sorry to hijack your thread, Jay :flower3:

I live 10 minutes from Bella Vista. I think our area looks kinda of boring, but I go to other places and think WOW. I guess living here all you life does that to you.
Now onto Jay's report! Jay, are you sure that you didn't rent the park out for the morning?

I actually live north in Mo. About 30 miles from Branson.

My daughter drives that way on Wed. She manages to get over to Rogers so she can eat af PF Changs.

Now back to our regularly scheduled program. Carry on Jay.

Well, when you live in an area as flat and boring as I do - NW Arkansas is beautiful.....

Oh, OK - sorry for the assumption! We took the kids to Branson a few years ago and had a wonderful time. DH is up around your area every few months for work.

OK - now I'm really done. So sorry to go off topic here Jay!!!

That's ok. I did not make myself very clear. Springfield is very nice with lots to do. OKC has better chain rest. and of course Rogers/Springdale has PF Changs.

I'm sure Jay will be forgiving. She has forgiven my lots of times. And still lets me chat on her thread. That shows one how kind she really is.
