I was SO excited to go to Goofy's for the pretzel rods *sigh*

I have a small question (I apologize if this has already been covered...there have been so many different threads on Goofy on a few different forums and I can't remember what information is in which one...)

With the DP, and 1 snack credit - I understand that you can get the 3 pretzel rods treat; with chocolate dip. No toppings, no drizzle. But what if you wanted to add toppings and drizzle? Would you simply pay for the extras OOP? Or would they be unable to ring it through on their system - and make you pay for the entire thing OOP?

And those that have been there lately - it's the marshmallow's that come on a straw, right? So those are still covered as a snack credit - but are they only a chocolate dip? And if so - can you do what I asked above for the pretzel rods? Add extras and pay OOP?
