Good Women's Deodorant for Disney??

Another vote for Secret Clinical. I also like Degree but only the one that is labled Degree Ultra Clear for Women. DD13 plays basketball and softball and she only uses Degree. She tried those deodrants made for teens but, they must be made for teens that don't do sports. They did absolutely nothing for her and quite honestly she smelled nasty( I mean drive with the car windows open nasty) after practices when she used the teen deodrant, Lol!!!!

Secret Clinical is really good. It kept me mostly dry and even when I got a little damp, I never smelled like sweat.

I use Secret Scent Expressions the Coco Butter kiss invisible solid one (lots of other scents available). It has 19% where the Clinical has 20%. It costs much less and works just as well - plus it smells great!

I think most deodorants/antiperspirants have the 19%. I know I've looked at the price difference and the ingredients and said WTH should I pay that much extra for 1% more. But I swear Clinical just works better. JMO

I have actually found most to only contain 14-15% (Degree, Dove, Lady Speedstick, regular Secret). I will definitely be on the lookout for other brands/scents that also have the 19% so thanks for that tip!

I ditto the secret clinical,, I had a sample I took with me and it was awesome! and I sweated a BUNCH! I didn't know they had a waterproof? hmm not sure which one my sample was.

I use the Crystal deodorant and it works fine for me (and lasts forever.) They sell a version of it at Basin in DTD. It looks just like a hunk of rock candy. But I've never been real sweaty/smelly. But when I convinced my husband to start using it, it made me a very happy woman. I started using it after all those reports about aluminum came out years ago. I do like the pear scented Secret. I use it on the top of my feet and other places, like you would use Body Glide. (But it's a lot cheaper.)

I use CertainDri....and it works when nothing else will. I actually smell worse if I use something like Degree or Secret regular deodorant....a few hours after putting regular on it's gone and it smells worse than if I'd just not put on any LOL I do like CertainDri though..just be sure after wearing it for a few days or a week you start only putting it on every other day or something like that. It'll irritate your skin if you continue with it every single night.

This might be too muh information but will explain why I need the answer. I have extremely sweating feet. So much so my parents as a teen took me to the doctor to see what they could do. THey were sick of smelly shoes and socks and feet. The perscribed a foot deodorant and told me to put it on at night. At night you perspire less and more aluminum is pulled into the underarms sweat ducts and becuase there’s more aluminum present it plugs more pores. The plugging signals the sweat glands to stop or reduce perspiration for up to 24-hours. THis is not effected by showers so therefore it is acutally unnesessary to put it on in the morning too.

Awesome! Thanks for posting! I sure wish I knew that back when I was a teenager. But there's still times I can use that knowledge now. Plus this will benefit my soon-to-be-teenager.

I have a question about shaving ... I think I bought something like this when they first came out (maybe Certain Dri ) but I thought it said to not use it right after shaving your underarms. Just wondering how the Secret Clinical is about that.

I have used it after shaving with no problems. Certain-Dri, however STINGS when you use it after shaving.

I use lots of different kinds but I find that the kinds of clothes I wear make more difference than my deodorant.

I never ever wear anything that is tight under my armpits. No ladies fit, tight tees for me. I always wear looser fit, "men's" fits shirts. I smell much better!
