DH has interview tomorrow at Pensacola NAS for a job sorting mail which starts WAY ABOVE MINIMUM WAGE!! (and I mean WAY above) HOW BOUT THAT FOR GOOD NEWS FOR A CHANGE??!! This job will put him about 20 minutes closer to work and with the pay, we can have his motorcycle worked on and fixed in no time. I'm not going to ask for prayers as I know some of you feel those are reserved for bigger things. No biggie...so I WILL ask for some pixie dust and good wishes. I, myself have already prayed and asked GOD if this is the best job for my DH to let him have it. I know it will happen, just a few more good wishes would be nice. Well I just wanted to let you all know that things are looking up again. As for what we are doing with the one car thing. I've had friends bring me home, DH takes me to work, and if I have to, I ride the bus. Hasn't happened yet. Roommate just told me today that DH and I could have her car for the week since she's heading back to the girl's home. She works at a girl's home every other week and doesn't use her car anyway. All she needs us to do is pick her up next Thur. when she's off duty. Pretty cool the way HE works things out isn't it?
Well...sprinkle some pixie dust on my thread and just keep DH in your thoughts...and keep it in the PRESENT tense for me. I.E....when Denise's DH gets the job...etc., etc.
Thanks gang and I'll let you know something one way or the other.

DH didn't get the job. Hmmmmm, oh well. I don't get it, I just don't understand. I really thought this was it. Maybe I should find a second job instead. We've got to get his motorcycle fixed. Thanks for the prayers and wishes, no matter what they were all greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear your DH didn't get the job. I know the feeling cause I recently was going to various interviews and not getting anything. But eventually I found a great job that was even better and more convenient than the other places just this week! So chin up. I'm sure the right job will come along.
