Good time to visit DLP?

I imagine Mom and I will most likely be going in the summer, as it would be easier for my DH to take care of our kids while school is not in.

How are the crowds at DLP in the summer? Is there anytime that is better (less crowded) than other times? I know to avoid Bastille Day.

And finally, is 2 days enough at DLP? At this point mom and I are discussing about 7-8 days in Paris, 2-3 days in Normandy, and probably 4-5 days in London. The 2 days at DLP would be part of our Paris 7-8 days.

Given that Paris has much to offer 2 days at DLP would be fine.
If you visit outwith the weekend then even in height of summer the parks are doable. Especially with entry when the gates open.
