Good rewards programs for Canadians?

Hi all,
for our 2002 trip, I did beenz rewards, and one other one (I for get which one) they are both gone now. We are planning a 2004 trip, and I'd like to start doing some programs again. Does anyone know of some good programs for Canadians? I would like to do the ones that give either GC's for Disney area restaurants of Disney Dollars.

I think Creations Rewards (http://www.creationsrewards.com) would be a good program. Its pretty easy and the owner credits quickly if you shop through them. I just cashed out for $10 Disney Dollars and I got them within a week. Also, if you sign up for Liftagift, you can transfer your points from that account into your Creations Rewards account.

I also do Mypoints which I use for clothing giftcertificates but they also have Rainforest Cafe and Wal-Mart certificates and Click to the Magic which you can cash out for Disney Dollars. They're a little slow, but if you're going in 2004, then you'll have lots of time If you want a referal let me know
