good rain ponchos

We are looking for a good, easy to carry rain slicker/ponchos/????. The Disney ones seem to rip so easily and never completely cover the bottom and back of our shorts, especially for my tall husband.

I once saw a woman with a long, clear rain jacket that went down to her knees. It looked exactly like what we'd like, but I've never seen one at a store.

We bought ours at Target. They are the Eddie Bauer ponchos. They have been on the last three trips with us and are still in great conditions, and we used them alot. They are longer and they have a draw string around the hood. This is very nice to help keep the hood up when it is really pouring. I am not sure if they come clear or not. Ours are blue. They stood out from the Disney ponchos which made it easier for us to see the kids and them to see us. Ponchos are a must have during the summer!!!!

Almost forgot, my husband is 6'3" and they work great for him.

Yep I was also going to suggest the Eddie Bauer ponchos from Target- they are in the camping section. I would assume you could find a good quality one at any camping supply store.
