Good quality headphones for under $75?

All my kids got earbuds and headphones last Christmas.

They don't take their headphones out of the house and they aren't particularly hard on them at all. However, the Skullcandy headphones we bought them last year all have issues. Wires are breaking or coming loose, they don't have the sound they used to, etc…..

I don't want to buy $200 Beats for my kids, I just can't spend that much.

Any that have lasted well that you can recommend?

Also any earbud recommendations?

Looks like they will be getting these again this year.

Sennheiser has a 24 month guarantee and they are quality products. My favorites for daily use are $100, but I googled and found them on sale for $60. Hope this helps. http://www.thesource.ca has the HD229's on sale.

I bought these for my 16yo last Christmas: Sennheiser HD 202 II Professional Headphones, they are $26 on Amazon right now. My DS is deaf in his left ear and has hearing loss in his right and he loves these. He takes them to friends' houses, leaves them on his floor, etc. and they've held up great.
