So what do you use? I've NEVER bought a diaper bag always just took the freeby from the hostpial after removing all the formula from it! LOL They work great but they aren't good for all day outings when you need lots of stuff for 3 kids! :) I would prefer somethign that can be worn back back style for when we need to fold up the stroller and so it will hang on the back of the stroller if need be for stoarage room. Usally i will just use a back pack but i really think i deserve a nice diaper bag! :) so what do you have and LOVE?
Thanks!!!

I don't have any specifics for you, but I can recommend checking out places like L.L. Bean and Land's End -- we have diaper bags from each and they've been durable, useful, and not overly feminine (so I can carry it around, too, without feeling funny about it).

We have the Hunter Green one from Lands End, and aside from the crumbs in the bottom, it looks brand new. We love it for travel.

I've used Vera Bradley bags (both diaper and non) for all 3 of my children. The nice thing is that even the true diaper bags don't really look like diaper bags. Once each child was out of diapers, I had nice looking tote bags and backpacks.

I had a cute huge Pooh bag from Walmart, which lasted a while, and then we switched to a backpack. The best time to get one is Back-to-school season, there's a bigger variety. We got a Wiggles Backpack, it had plenty of room, and lasted well over a year before it gave out, and had the pockets on the side for sippys and bottles. Most kids backpacks will have the drink pockets on both sides. Good Luck!

Lands End, hands down! You can't beat the quality & functionality of their diaper bags, IMO

Lands End agreement here! :D

Had one of their backpack style for DS (now 6), used it exclusively, let another family borrow it for a Disney trip, then I noticed the handle starting to come off and the zipper acting funny...called Lands End up, and they shipped me a new one when I shipped the old one to them...FREE!

Used the "new" one exclusively while DS (now 2.5) was tiny (and for a Disney trip). Switched to a "little tripper" for day to day now that he's almost potty trained. Will use the backpack one in September.

I used the Eddie Bauer diaper bag in WDW. It is a black backpack (so DH didn't mind carrying it) and it comes with a changing pad. I think I bought it at JC Penney. I think a backpack is a great choice because it is out of your way.

I really like the Eddie Bauer bag for going on a trek in the park or on bike rides.

I have several - Lands End, Vera Bradley, and Fleurville. The Lands End is really perfect for travel cause it just holds so much, and the Vera Bradley is great because it's so cute! I liked the Fleurville for awhile, but then started to realize that you really can't fit that much in it and it's kind of heavy.
Good luck with your decision! :)

Another vote for Land's End. We got the backpack style diaper bag, and it has worked great.

has anyone ever tried the Do it All lands end one?

I am trying to decide between that and the

Large Tailored Tote Diaper Bag

I am going to have 2 babies 12 months and under so I want to make sure I can fit everything.

We have 3 from Land's End- the Little Tripper, the bigger one and the backpack and love them all. They are the first two are about 3 years old (the old version, still good, but the new ones are better!)- the backpack is about 1 year old-it is great- we used it for Disney- lots of room, a light colored inside makes it easier to find things, men can carry it, lots of separate compartments and it can be used as a backpack when it is done being a diaper bag- and if there is a problem with it Lands End will replace it!

Lands End diaper bags are the best. I got one when my oldest was born (he's 10 now!) and it lasted through my second one too! They wear like iron!

Thanks for the info on the backpack. After showing hubby the ones he spotted the backpack and wants me to get that one. He said its more manly lol

I had the freebie from the hospital for a few months when it started falling apart I got a Graco one from Babies R Us and it tore 2 days later. I took it back and exchanged it for a denim backpack style diaper bag. LOVE LOVE LOVE it. And its machine washable. ;) I've had it for 1 1/2 years atleast and still in awesome shape. Its a Catini. And cost less than $50. I think it was $39.99.

Lands End Blue one here. Sturdy and lots of places to stick stuff. We have two in diapers at the moment (2 years and 10 months) so we use it hard.
