Good program for putting captions on pictures.

Are there any out there. The cheer team photographer puts cut sayings and team names right on the pictures and I don't mind buying them from her. But...I would love to add some sayings to pictures of my own. Does anyone know of a good program? TIA.

Photoshop does EVERYTHING.

Paint Shop Pro X has that capability, I would imagine photoshop does as well...

I also have a program called photo explosion that does it also...

It's very easy to do in Photoshop Elements.
