Good place (other than ebay) to sell SW credits?

I don't have it handy, but I didn't think the drink coupons said non transferable or sellable. Do they? I'll have to look closer. Those auctions never get closed on me, however, so it appears SW is OK with it.

I have seen ticketless travel funds cancelled, and I was told it was because eBay does not allow you to make travel arrangements in conjunction with the sale. Most people list the auctions saying they need your info, and they will make the arrangements. I would have had to do that too, if I was selling for instance $200 and I had $300 in the account (otherwise someone could put and get a higher amount than I had sold). I think that may be the difference..eBay's rules, not SW's. I did think that ticketless credits said something about transferable..do they also say saleable?

Vouchers/drink coupons/rapid rewards credits can not be sold because they are rewards from Southwest. Ticketless Travel Funds were paid for by someone and can be sold and used by anyone!

Actually, the auctions selling Ticketless Travel Funds do not say that the peron selling the credit will make travel plans. The auctions typically are selling the full amount. They say that they will provide the buyer will the booking code and name that the credits are under. The buyer is reponsible for the overage via theri own credit card.

I'm not sure if you are getting confused here on the voucher versus ticketless travel funds or not but the ticketless travel funds are most definitely saleable on ebay. There are a number of them listed for sale currently and many more that have been completed recently.

What I'm saying, is, that I have seen some removed, if the seller puts in the auction, that they will do the booking..and some do. I personally would not give the booking code myself (so I would have to book) because we often have a large amount of credit, and I assume others have felt the same. If we don't want to offer the complete amount, the only way around is to do the booking..but you can't put that in the auction, or eBay will pull it. I just went to ebay so I could show you one that was put up today..but it's gone already. So it's important to not post you will do the booking, if you need to..give that info in the end of auction sale.

I know this thread is old...but were you ever able to sell your SW TTF? I have $180 worth that I know we aren't going to use in the next year. I'd like to get some cash back for them without having to pay a huge chunk to eBay. :sad2: Any ideas? Thanks!

I once had some vouchers and was told by SW employee not to loose them cause ANYONE can use them.......
