There was a flyer at the local hotels with many places that deliver, ribs, chinese, pizza, etc. I just can't remember the name but it was inexpensive compated to the brands and great. I need to look for the flyer.
Jack is correct. There will be a flyer as well as a magazine or two in your room advertising food. There are lots of good pizza places around. Local joints are the best, but chances are your favorite chain is nearby, too.
I've benefited from all the great tips from this board so this is my chance at paying back. Last November, we stayed at the Disneyland Hotel and was craving a pizza after a long day at the park. I asked the front desk and they recommended Broadway Pizza. I called and they delivered one of the most combo pizza I've ever eaten. They also delivered after 1 AM. Hope this helps. Aloha.
We also ordered from Broadway pizza. We enjoyed it. I think they may have changed their name though...Not sure... At any rate, there were flyers in our hotel room at Hojo for all kinds of places that deliver. I imagine a lot of the hotels have the same.
Another vote for Round Table pizza. We order from then every time we go to Disneyland. They also will bring paper plates and napkins along with the pizza.
When we stayed at the Tropicana last year we were craving pizza. I noticed a small pizza/sub shop right there in the hotel and ordered. I wish that I would have done more research.. That was the worst pizza ever.. I am not super picky, but for the $$$ it should at least be edible. I would not recommend this place for pizza JMHO.
Thanks for the tip that pizza hut delivers to HOJO's.. We are staying there next month and definately order from them.
We had awesome pizza delivered directly to our room at the Candy Cane Inn on our trip earlier this month. It was from Marri's Pizza. YUM YUM!! they also had other selections on the menu. We got the menu from the front desk of the hotel.
For good pizza just go to CA Pizza Kitchen in the Garden Walk, it's very very good!!!!! The Chicken BBQ Pizza is just YUM!
We haven't had much luck with delivery, we've done pizza and it wasn't great, we've done Chinese and it wasn't great either. We just go where we feel like eating, but we also don't spend a lot of time in the hotel room either.
FWIW, we had the pizza at the Trop a time or two, it's not gourmet but it's not horrible either. We ate it and we liked it just fine.
