Hi, everyone!

My 180+10 day is next Monday (3/18), & following are the ADRs I'd like to make:

9/14 - 'Ohana dinner
9/15 - CRT dinner
9/16 - Garden Grill dinner
9/17 - Sci-Fi lunch
9/18 - Crystal Palace lunch
9/19 - Yak & Yeti dinner
9/20 - Mama Melrose's Fantasmic Lunch Package
9/21 - Chef Mickey's breakfast & either La Hacienda or Chefs de France dinner
9/22 - none
9/23 - Be Our Guest dinner
9/24 - Liberty Tree Tavern lunch

Normally, 'Ohana is our traditional "last night" dinner, so I'm usually not that worried about getting an ADR w/ the time we want. However, this time, we'd like to try Be Our Guest for our last night & move 'Ohana to our first night, so now I'm a bit worried about getting 'Ohana.

Which order would you try to make the ADRs?

'Ohana, CRT or BoG first?

Following is what I'm thinking right now...

'Ohana - for somewhere between 5:30 & 6:30 pm
CRT - for 5:30 pm
Be Our Guest - for between 5:30 & 6:00 pm
Garden Grill - for 5:30 pm
Crystal Palace - for 11:30 am
Chef Mickey's - for 9:30 am
Sci-Fi - for between 11:30 & 12:00 pm
Mama Melrose's - for 12:00 pm
World Showcase dinner - for between 5:30 & 6:00 pm
Yak & Yeti - latest possible dinner seating
Liberty Tree Tavern - 12:00 pm

Does that make sense? Like I said, the 3 I'm most worried about are 'Ohana (since it's for our first night), CRT (our 2nd night), & Be our Guest.

I also really want 11:30 am for Crystal Palace. That said, should I switch Garden Grill & Crystal Palace? I just had Garden Grill first since we'd like to eat there on 9/16 & Crystal Palace on 9/18. However, I really want Crystal Palace at 11:30 am, & I'm more flexible w/ the Garden Grill time.

After reading several threads about the online system being iffy & dates not loading for September for things like CRT, I hold out little hope for things going well for me next Monday morning! LOL! I had an awful time last year & was completely stressed by the time I actually got to make our ADRs on the phone w/ a castmember (the online system wasn't working well last year either!). This year, I'm trying to not stress about it. As much! :rotfl:

Thanks for the help and any suggestions!

WOWWWWWWWWWWWW

Only the 3 most popular choices LOL at the most popular times however its Septemnber and the slowest month of the year so that will help. I would be on the computer like white on rice at your 180 mark

I would in this order

CRT
BOG
Ohana

I am going in April and secured a BOG and Ohana ADR but not CRT for any meal. I am searching now and there are plenty of Ohana openings for all meals and nothing for BOG or CRT

I personally would do

BOG
CRT
Ohana

Then the rest as you think are most important Good luck as I just made my 180 days out today and most BOG was booked already for the good times and CRT for a couple of days are not even loaded in the system as of yet :(

But got everything else that I wanted.

I'd probably go with:
CRT
BOG
Ohana

I would have done BOG first, but I see that CRT is early in your trip so it will be open to more people with the 180 + 10 rules. Once you're on the call though the order probably won't matter too much, since they are pretty efficient at getting them reserved and then dealing with the credit card hold and other info.

Yesterday I was able to get BOG at our 180 day mark for the 7th night of our trip at 6PM. I also got Crystal Palace and two Ohana meals. After seeing all the website trouble people are having I just got up and called right at 7AM Eastern. The cast member was super nice, and I was her first call of the day. Good luck with your call!

Since ohana is at your 180 days, i'd try to book online at 6 a.m.

If you have to call my order would be CRT, ohana, BOG. I don't think BOG will give you much trouble since it is so late in your trip.

Thanks, everyone, for the advice!

I think I'm going to go CRT, 'Ohana, BoG... or 'Ohana, CRT, BoG. ;)

I asked DH which one he would be most upset about if we didn't get, & he said BoG since it's a new restaurant & we can't wait to eat there.

However, we also really want CRT for our 1st night in the MK.

'Ohana would be for our arrival night. Like I said, usually, 'Ohana is our last night, & I never have any problems getting an ADR. If I can't get 'Ohana for our arrival night, I think I'm going to put it back to our last night.

If that happens, I'll just give up BoG, & we'll try for quick-service there.

Ay yi yi! It shouldn't be this stressful! LOL!

Last year, I was up at 6:00 am trying to make our ADRs, but the online system wasn't cooperating at all. And I then I couldn't get through on the phone until about 7:20, & I was a nervous wreck! When I finally got a castmember, I was nearly in tears. Which is sad, really, because, when it comes down to it, these are just restaurants! ;)

Anyway, the castmember was extremely efficient & nice (& calming), & I got every ADR we wanted. But I did reserve CRT first.
