I was wondering if anyone had suggestions, had done carb counts, etc for any of the Disney Restaurants or had experience with adding this info to a dining reservation.

It's not allergy related but more of a preference. We'd rather our meals be "lean and green" and wondered if we'd be too difficult to ask for our sides prepared without starches. Anyone with ideas, suggestions, experience?

Well, crud. I meant to put this on the Restaurants board, not reviews. Mod would you please move? Thanks so much!

I think your best bet is ordering things without the bread or grain, and ask for fruit or veggie. Most places should do that. Also lots of salads on menus.

'Ohana might be a good choice. If you avoid the bread, noodles and dumplings you are left with salad, veggies and grilled meat. As much as you want! However I am sure there is sugar in the salad dressing and maybe in the dipping sauces as well if that matters.

Oh and you will also have to refrain from the Bananas Foster Bread Pudding for dessert -- good luck with that!!! :rotfl2:
