My inlaws are going to WDW in October for the 1st time since Epcot opened. They have the dining plan and would like to go to some good breakfast meals but would rather stay clear of the character meals.

What are you favorite non-character breakfast restaurants?

The Yacht Club Galley at the Yacht Club resort has an excellant breakfast. They offer a buffet or order off the menu.:thumbsup2

Kona, nothing beats tonga toast, fresh fruit and a pot (or two) of their pressed pot coffee

Have been to Yacht Club Galley many times for lunch and dinner, never breakfast. Thanks for the suggestion, this is on my list for January!!

Kona or Boma.

Kona is a sit down table service and Boma is buffet style.

My personal favorite is the skillet breakfast at Whispering Canyon Cafe.

Thanks for the replies! I booked them for Kona and YC Galley. They are staying at the BC and I don't know if they realize they will have to take buses to restaurants.

Does Coral Reef serve breakfast? I know they used to.

In this order:

Kona - regular table service
Boatwrights - regular table service
Boma - buffet

These are fabulous!

Sweet potato pancakes are TOO delicious! :woohoo:

We also like The Grand Floridian Cafe. Kona & Boma are also very good.

Hope they have a wonderful time!

We had room service for almost every breakfast and it was great. It is so relaxed and laid back.
