My :worship: husband:worship: has finally relented and agreed to another trip. He's fed up of the glum face and constant loop of my DLRP DVD's being played in the house and the boys' have been helping the cause no ending by saying how much they're missing it - I knew they'd come in handy eventually ;)

It won't be this year as OH is also coming with us :faint: and doesn't have any hols left. So I'm looking at Feb half term :cold: or preferably a March long weekend to coincide with mine and Liam's birthdays, our wedding anniversary and possibly to catch the St. Patrick's day celebrations. This is dependent though on Jamie's school, who I have emailed this morning to try and find out when his mock GCSEs are, if they're finished I don't mind taking him out for a day or two, otherwise we may have to wait until Easter, although I don't think I can put it off that long and I would really like to see the 15th events one more time.

Off to read some Feb trippies to see just how cold it is then and in case you haven't guessed I am on :cloud9:

:woohoo: great news Jill.
Definitely beats the blues having a DLP trip that needs to be planned :goodvibes

Oooooh!! Yay!! I sense a ticker coming on!

Bob xoxoxox

That is fantastic news Jill - hope you get your new ticker soon

Oh thats's good news for you Jill :yay:

Hope to see a new ticker soon :thumbsup2

Good stuff. Come and join us at Feb half term. It will be great then. Come on, you know you can't wait longer than that!

Thanks for all the good wishes, now that he's said yes, I'm thinking about the practical side of things and most importantly at the moment - money. Just realised that I almost have enough Tesco Clubcard Vouchers to swap to Airmiles and get our flights through them, which is good news, when the next quarter comes out next month I'll be able to do it easily, so I think I'd probably best get the flights sorted first, then I'm thinking I might book the Cheyenne, (OH says it's his favourite) but depending how things are nearer the time, look to upgrade then. I've had my eye on HNY for a while now. ;) :goodvibes

We got our flights on Airmiles - it was great not having anything to pay!! I tried to convince DH that as we spent no money on flights it was free to spend on the hotel but didn't work that way ;) We are going to SL which I am happy about :thumbsup2

That's great news Jill. I bet it will seem strange with your OH as its usually just you and the boys. My DH :worship: relented too and DD and I are returning in November. We love doing our own thing but when DH does come it usually feels really different and certainly less shopping is done. :lmao: Let the planning commence. :thumbsup2

...... and certainly less shopping is done. :lmao:

Ain't that the truth? Husband says stupid things like "you looked in a shop yesterday. You can't want anything else" :faint: and after just five minutes he's looking at his watch. :sad2:

Well I've ordered the Airmiles via Tesco, hope i've done it right, couldn't believe it didn't want my Airmiles account number and actually didn't need as many as I thought, we're with Swalec, so every so often they give me some Airmiles and I hadn't checked my account, all being well I should have enough, but it says they can take upto 28 days to be added. :confused3

Once I've got those sorted then a date and ticker will be next on the agenda. :)
