We went to the neurosurgeon and he saw the MRI and told us that.. yes it is a legion but he is positive it is benign. Although he wants us to have my DS have a more sophisticated MRI with and without contrast in 2 months just to see if it has changed. The MD. thought as long he does not exhibit symptoms ie : seizures( in this type of mass in the left temporal lobe) This will not cause any problems. It is not that accessible anyway and unless it was magniliant and caused him to have life threatening siezures at that time he would go after it. He told us to relax. We are both RNs and have worked in and out of nuerosurgical units for the last 20 years, we know too much about what couild happen and we are just sighing with relief.!!!

I have been praying for your son since I seen you other post. I am so happy that this is the case. Oh how elated you must be after that stress! Merry Christmas.
! You must be sooo relieved! I know I am!! Happy Holidays!!!
