Good New Year's Day restaurant?

Any suggestions for an ADR this day? Any WDW restaurants serve a special New Year's Day menu with greens (money) and black eye peas (luck)?

I was thinking LTT might be as close as I can get to that? Or am I forgetting a restaurant?

Must be a regional tradition (not up here in Boston, anyway). We have chosen a leisurely buffet on both NY's Days we were there. 1900 PF in 2003 was fantastic and very calm due to many late night revelers still sleeping. We ate around 10:30 and then went over to a relatively quiet MK. Next year we went to Boma and also had great meal to start of the year. Not sure about the greens and black eye peas, but maybe someone can help you out with that...Is is a southern thing?
