Normally we stay on Disney property, but this time we'll be staying at the Anaheim Hilton (at the Convention Center). I have a couple of questions about staying at a Good Neighbor Hotel.
First, the Hilton apparently has a 'Disney Desk' in the lobby. If I buy e-tickets, will I be able to exchange them at this desk for park passes, or do I have to do that at the Main Guest Services at the parks?
Second, how good is the shuttle service? (ART?) What time does it start running? If we want to use our MM, will the shuttle run early enough to get us there to be toward the front of the line? Normally I like to arrive at the gate an hour before MM begins. Do the shuttles run frequently? Is there a problem getting one coming back (i.e. lines or some such)? Is it crowded in the mornings?
TIA!
