Hi all, we checked to HRH yesterday afternoon around 5pm . We have a view of the pet walk area on ground level. The rm is worn, holes in carpet something wrong with bathtub (looks as if they were redoing it and stopped in middle of it), marks on walls in hallways and other minior things. I am surprised they haven't fixed problems I had heard about on sites like tripadvisor. On positive notes, we are central to everything with this rm location, close to the rest. , workout center, pool and shuttle boats.The view of the dogwalk area is nice, but personally I hate being on ground level even if the windows don't open. I was asked for my drivers lic as proof of Ga res., my cc for limit on rm key, and my loews card but as of yet we have not received a welcome gift nor were we asked what we wanted it to be at check in. The guy that checked us in was friendly but thus far they don't seem to be too knowledgable about there own resort , had to ask a few people how to get to the gate that took us to US and citywalk before we found it. Had dinner at HRC last night ,we all had cheese burgers, they were very good. Came back and toured around the resort a little trying to get our barings on everything, finally the rain stopped and my girls got to swim for an hr or so before bed. Great pool area and great bartenders at the Beach club bar.

) . We do have a smoker in our party and I guess smokers are on the ground floor as well. We told the front desk about the problems with the room and they said they would have them fixed by the time we got back from the parks this evening, we arrived back from parks around 9:30 and nothing had been fixed ,including a electrical plugin not working in the rm. We figured out about the plug in when our lap top battery died this am after posting online
while pluged into the wall.
Love fotl but will never stay at hrh again with this kind of care or lack of it by there staff.
Sorry to hear about your experiences. Bring it to the attention of the manager, IMO, before you leave!
