Emails did just about NOTHING for me. Call and ask to speak to a supervisor. Its unbelievable how much nicer and helpful they are. Explain to them you are leaving next week!!!! And if that supervisor does not help call back a couple hours later and ask to speak to a supervisor again. There are many locations we have found out of AMEX. We STILL do not have our points, but I hopefully have faith that they will arrive. You wILL hear about it Wednesday in we dont get them!!! Good luck, I will be rooting for you! We leave FRIDAY and we are driving down.
