Good itinerary planning form/excel sheet?

I don't know where to ask this, I'm sure its come up before... but I am looking for a good form to write everything down on that doesn't look like a jumbled mess to everyone but me.

Does anyone have a good form they use for planning out their itinerary??

I use an excel spreadsheet.

I have the days and dates across the first row, and the parks down column A

I fill in a matrix of park hours (including EMH)

I then have all of our ADRs and confirmation numbers below the park hour matrix.

I have one but I don't know how to post a screen shot I have a column for the date, park and park hours for that day, ADR's for that day, parades, fireworks and EMH parks.

Something is in the air.. there has been a lot of activity (other threads) around this topic lately.

I have been sharing my original Excel doc with anyone who wants it. I am more than happy to spread the magic.

It's more of a information aggregation doc in that it organizes all your trip data into one sheet. It may also prove useful to give some direction on which information you need, frequent numbers, dress code, etc. If I may say so myself, it looks great on a 11x17 color print out on cover stock (under 2 bucks at local office store).

I downloaded the template from Microsoft Excels template files, and then also downloaded the Waltograph font to make it more Disney-esque! If this is something you would be interested in, PM me with your email address and I'll send you a copy of the file and where I got the Waltograph font if you'd like that as well!

Just as an aside, you can also create a spreadsheet in Google Docs if you have anyone you want to share you itinerary with. It has limited functionality, but will usually do the minimum that you need.
