Good Grief!!!

The same thing happened during our stay at BWV on the 5th floor. My DD (12) was more grossed out by it than me or DH. She talked about it relentlessly for hours afterwards.

Anyway, last time we were at SSR, our neighbors were extremely loud and fighting and bickering next door to us. We had just laid down to sleep when they began arguing so I walked out in the hallway to see if I could hear it there, nothing, went upstairs to where my dad's room was, nothing, so I went back to our master room and plain as day they were yelling about how they should have never brought the other couple and this and that and it sounded like the woman was accusing the man of messing around with the other guest. I called Front Desk and gave them my room number and the other room number and met them in the hallway, had to take them in to my room so they could hear the arguing when no one would answer the door. It was really frustrating. It was finally quiet but I have never heard anything like that mess. Security and Front Desk did handle it all well though. Point is, it takes all kinds of people to make the world go 'round. I just went back to bed and enjoyed my vacation anyway and hoped that the couple arguing would soon see better days.

just yell back to them - tell them you are hearding every word they say and please stop it.

most of the time that stops them being mad at each other - and start being mad at you - but at least you get to sleep.

guess I got lucky - the 1-bedroom I had the bed was in the end - so no one next to it. so was the studio had a few years ago. so though that SSR had good sound proofing. Guess it does NOT.
