Caseys Hot dogs. Love them. My only complaint is that the seating sucks. However they have cheese topping for free next to the ketchup and other condiments.
We had the tomato mozzerella sandwich and loved it. Our 5yo did choose the Uncrustable PB&J. All of the sandwiches are pre made and wrapped, not in a "package" like you'd get out of a vending machine; they're fresh.
I believe others have reported turkey and ham sandwiches being options. I learned of the Tomato Mozzerella sandwich here on DIS remembered it one night after Spectro and man o man was it fantastic as was the HUGE slice of carrot cake we chose. This was a shared CS meal and was plenty for us. OK the carrot cake was too much, but oh my what a leftover.
I will also compliment the staff. They were friendly, polite and fast. They were clearly trying to close and the crowd just kept coming in. While we ate I observed the staff, not one eyeroll or sigh. Just excellent service and I will admit there were some teens/young ones on the staff and those who work with the young or have teens, you know that is a VERY big deal!
IF it is open, El Pirata y el perico is great! It's over by POC, but seems to be hit or miss as to when it's open.
We tried Tomorrowland Noodle Station last year for the first time and were pleasantly surprised with it. It's fairly quiet and has a great view of the Castle/Main St. The entrance is right after the bridge to Tomorrowland and before Monster's Inc.
The Lunching Pad in Tomorrowland is great for a turkey leg
JMHO, but I would avoid Pecos Bills at any and all costs. That is the only place we threw our food away because it was just too nasty to eat.
