Hey everyone, I need some help here..
Let me start off from telling you why I'm getting a new camera, then I'm going to ask what camera would be best to get.
This week I went to a concert took my Sony camera, it's an old Sony camera, not too old but its a Cyber-shot 4.1 Mega Pixels, MPEGMovie VX Smart Zoom DSC-P41 -- While at the concert I was taking pictures (no why else would I take a camera? lol).. and when I wanted to take the movement/picture it would turn out blurry, or not even turn out at all. I had been sitting behind a few people who had some Really great cameras, where they take the shot you want and it turns out really great!
So, here's my question, I'm wanting to branch off from buying Sony, (don't get me wrong, Sony is a great company, I should know, I have a Handycam from them that works really well but it doesn't seem to have a flash on it, lol). But that's besides the point, I'm looking for something small/thin, something that will fit into my pocket easily. A camera that has great quality, takes great photos, the color turns out great, takes what you want, and a camera that is not so terribly expensive but has a 5* rating. I'm starting to look into these types of cameras:
Nikon: http://imaging.nikon.com/products/imaging/lineup/digitalcamera/coolpix/s710/index.htm
^It's thin/small, something I'm looking for.
Olympus: http://www.olympusamerica.com/cpg_section/product.asp?product=1361
^It looks really cool, it's small and thin, too.
What I want to know is what camera would be best to get, what's the best rating a camera that is small/thin, and I'd like to hear from all of you on what you think would be a good camera. It doesn't have to be from what I've been looking into, it can be different.
Thanks for reading this far if you did!
