I've been using Milesource for about 5 months and now have enough for a $50 gift certificate good at Marriott Hotels. Does anyone know if these certificates are good at Courtyard by Marriott hotels, or only the more full-service Marriott hotels? I want to use the certificate at Marriott Courtyard DTD. Has anyone used these certificates there?

Also, I just read another post about problems people were having with Connections. Specifically, Connections seems to over-bill credit cards. Has anyone had anything like that happen with Milesource? I guess we all just have to be extra careful who we give our credit card #s to!

Also, how responsive is Milesource? How fast do you get your awards? Do they pull stuff on you, like charge outrageous prices for s&h for relatively small awards, etc. ?

Would like to hear others experiences.

Milesource has been horrible lately with regards to rewards redemptions. I have been waiting since March for rewards and all I get is "it's being processed" or "it should be mailed this week". Actually, they are very prompt in sending you the redemption code for GiveAnything.com (which is the company that handles MileSource's GCs). However, GA has a reputation for taking forever.

Some people who redeemed back in March and April are reporting that they have received their GCs this past week but only for certain merchants like Olive Garden and Footlocker. I, personally, would not order a GC that I cannot use at home. The likelihood of getting your GCs in time for your vacation is slim.

With regards to s&h fees, there are none.
