We've had fun CM's and not so fun CM's at the 50's. How do you get a fun one? We're going next Febrruary and my MIL deserves to stand in the corner

So do you just ask for someone good or be very specific??

She wasn't a server when we were there, but worked as a host. Her name was Pat and she was a hoot!
