Gonna try for another BWV resale

I talked it over with my wife and we're going to try for another BWV resale. We decided on a March or April use year and our ultimate goal is around 270 points, although I could end up with more than one contract to make up the total. Hopefully Disney won't exercise their ROFR again. As always, I'd love any advice that would make it work this time.
