I have reservations for Carnation Cafe that day and now I'm wondering if I should keep them or if it will be too hot and sunny to sit outside. I'm also wondering how the weather will effect attendance. Do you think it will?

They have pretty big umbrellas over the tables there. You could request a shadier spot and tell them you're willing to wait a little while in order to get it. Or maybe you could even pop over and talk to them about it before your reservation time.
