GONE! Points To Rent

I have 204 points to rent (44 Feb. 2004 use year and 160 to borrow Feb. 2005 use year).

My home resort is Saratoga Springs. No reservations can made until after June 1, 2004 (based upon the opening of SSR)

I can make reservations at Saratoga Springs 11 months out and 7 months out at the rest of the Vacation Club Resorts.

Due to the fact that we will be borrowing some of these points the following is what we would like to pursue in terms of financial arrangements:

$10.50 per point with 50% paid upon confirmation of availability; 75% paid within 90 days of travel dates, and 100% paid within 60 days of travel.

$9.50 per point if all paid in full once confirmation of availability (We feel this protects us if we borrow those 2005 points).

We have rented from this board before and can provide references if needed. We are only renting points in order to assure that we can get a Grand Villa reservation at OKW (through rental ourselves) for June 2005 (All you DVC'ers probably understand this...) Anyway email me if interested..
