Gondola Stations and Security

As many folks know, those riding the monorail from TTC to Epcot must go through security twice, since the monorail drop off is outside the Epcot security perimeter.

Are the Gondola drop off points at the parks (DHS and Epcot IG) inside the security perimeter? This is making the assumption that to ride the Gondola, you must pass through a security check first, which may or may not be correct.

As of right now, the gondola platforms are outside the secured areas. Will they have a dedicated entrance with no security, as the monorail does at MK? No idea. I know that those staying at the Epcot resorts aren't very happy about the influx of guests via the gondolas at the IG.

My guess would be only the cbr and drr stations will have security points. Those arriving at cbr from pop/aoa will have to exit and enter the station to get on the line for transport to a park, at which point they will go through security.

Are you sure passengers from pop and aoa will have to transfer. everything I've read suggests they'll stay on the gondola

Currently the gondola station at HS and the IG are clearly outside the security points. Will they create a special walkway for those getting off to bypass security a second time? I don't think anyone knows at this time.

The consensus on the internet is that all passengers will need to transfer at CBR.

Aerial photos of construction show the 3 lines having completely separate terminals, each including the unique double-loop turnaround. It seems unlikely that Disney would install additional switches and rails connecting the lines after roofing over the station.

Thats the only thing that makes sense. Otherwise, the cars could be full coming from AoA and there would be no room for CBR or Riviera Resort guests to get on. Similar to what can happen at the GF on the monorail line near park opening. The monorail is full and nobody can get on.
