Golden Forest Room vs Regular lodge room

I’m trying to decide between booking a Gold Forest room or a regular lodge room at Sequoia for June. I know that with the GF room there will be snacks and the individual check in but are the Golden Forest rooms bigger or do they have any other advantages over a regular room.

Last time I went I had a lake side room in the main lodge and we got a balcony which was really nice to have and we felt lucky to get it. Do the GF rooms have balconies?

Also does anyone have any pictures or information on the breakfast or snacks provided at the GF lounge? Are the drinks all nonalcoholic? Thanks!

I dont remember ever seeing a balcony room in Sequoia Lodge. If there are balconies it should be mentioned in the room description, it is not standard also not for GF rooms.

I have some pictures of the breakfast and snacks. I have to look for it.

All included drinks are non alcoholic. In the afternoon you can get alcohol, but it is not included, unless specified.
