It's lunchtime so I'm wandering about the internet Disney dreaming.

Priced up a 4 night (on 2 nights free offer) stay at SL for October - which we won't go on as Baby will be too small still.

But a Golden Forest room is only £174 extra for the trip -great deal!

Really hope we can get a price like that for next May. :thumbsup2

Looking forward to TRs once people start staying there.

I'm going in October and my baby will only be two months old so definitely think you should go then too!! We can organise a creche :)

I think we're going to leave it until she's 1 as then she can ride more of the rides.

We might go to Center Parcs - but are both taking quite a lot of annual leave when she arrives, so won't have much time left to take.

I'll have to look in the cost of a Golden Forest room when I plan our next Christmas trip. I love the SL at Christmas time that huge fire in the bar is a fantastic place to relax after spending a cold snowy day in the parks.

We are considering HNY or SL for a trip in October. We fancy something different from our usual SL but HNY seemed really .. business like and maybe a bit clinical (?) when we visited to have a look around. Wondering if I can persuade my OH to try the Golden Forest...

Sorry to hijack this thread, but what is the advantage of the Golden Forest rooms? I have these reserved in June, but don't know anything about them.

I'm trying so hard not to look at prices at the moment as don't want to be tempted! We also have a new little Disney Princess due this year (early July) and my head knows it'd be best to go once she's 1 but my heart wants to go this Christmas. Trouble is we're still unsure whether we'll be going to WDW next year and if so that'll rule DLP out anyway. Very torn!

Congratulations on your pregnancy btw Torsie :)

Thanks sweetie - and congrats to you too!

Yes, we're very torn over DLRP next year, or leave it and go to WDW the year after.....

I think we might do the sensible thing and leave WDW until she's maybe 3 or 4 - just to save the long flight and jet lag etc. Also at that age she'll know more and be tall enough for a lot of the rides etc.
