I have looked on their website but don't see an answer. I will email them if no one here knows. But can you get a cane holder and a sunshade both on the same scooter? I see the sunshade is $25 extra (and worth it to us), but can you use a cane holder also? Where does the cane holder attach? On our last trip, DH wasn't using a cane but does now.

Personally, I would opt for the cane holder - in my experience, the sunshade is really only effective when you are either traveling away from the sun, or when the sun is directly in the center of the sky above you at it's highest point.

The rest of the time, there will be sun that will slant in under the canopy; it's just inevitable. Plus it makes parking on the buses more difficult, you block the view for folks behind you, and last but not least it makes the scooter feel HUGE when you park it in your Resort hotel room to charge overnight.

That's just me...

I feel the canopy is too large and gets in the way of seeing the fireworks. I used a rear basket one time, and the bus driver constantly had us remove it when getting on and off the bus.

You can only use one accessory at a time. I personally always get the sunshade. It can be removed for shows, etc. I also have a four prong cane that I put between my legs. It fits comfortable and is aeasily available to me. I just called Gold Mobility to ask a few questions. They currently do not have any sunshades, but will be offering them, once they come in.

They just posted on Facebook that the new premium ones are available for booking. They are larger and easier to quickly remove if needed. They are $25 extra per reservation, no matter the length of reservation.

Several times I’ve gotten a cane holder that doesn’t work, and have improvised one with a bungee cord going around the seat. If you need both accessories, jerry-rigging something to hold your cane would be easier than trying to do the same for the sunshade.

To this point, you could also call them, they quite often will be able to at least come up with a good idea on how to accomplish something.

A bungee cord sounds like a good idea! Last time I ordered a cane holder, but it doesn't accept the base of my hurrycane (if you have a hurrycane, you know what the base looks like). I tried to fold my cane and put it in base out, but I kept fearing it would fall out. Next trip-bungee cord!
