Gold Castaway perk -behind the scenes?

If I remember correctly, DCL used to invite Gold and up to the theater for a "behind the scenes" type thing of the stage shows. Do they still do this? If so what are the parameters (only on sea days, only on sailings of a certain length)?

They still do but only on cruises of 8 days or more.
