If I remember correctly, DCL used to invite Gold and up to the theater for a "behind the scenes" type thing of the stage shows. Do they still do this? If so what are the parameters (only on sea days, only on sailings of a certain length)?

It was the second sea day on the 10 day on the Magic in July, I believe. We didn’t end up going because there were so many people waiting in line. Looked to be the majority of people on the ship.

I think things like this are why DCL just isn't scheduling many cruises over 7 days... they don't want to do the captain's receptions, additional CC club stuff, etc.

It's too bad you didn't stay. There was plenty of room. And the presentation was fascinating.

We’ve seen other behind the scenes of the shows presentations on other long cruises. The first one was interesting. The second, not so much. We had a great afternoon in an almost empty ship while everyone else was at the reception!
