I took my (then) 15-month-old daughter to Walt Disney World in June and we truly had a blast! I didn't know what to expect - it was her first plane ride, her first time being away from home for an extended period and her first time to see and hear all of the excitement that is WDW.

She enjoyed the majority of the kid-friendly rides with it's a small world and The Seas with Nemo and Friends being her favorites, as well as the Mickey's PhilharMagic being her favorite sit-down show.

I made a list of what I wanted to see and do but truth be told, we didn't accomplish most of it. Babies and toddlers get tired and cranky, especially in the heat, and my best friend and I often found ourselves trekking back to our hotel with my daughter for naps or the pool. It was still an amazing experience. We went to the Magic Kingdom on our first and last day, The Animal Kingdom/Hollywood Studios on our second and Epcot on our third.

Hi! Welcome to the Dis!
You will find that your kiddie will enjoy most attractions that do not have a height restriction (roller coasters, etc).
Most rides/attractions at MK will be suitable for your little guys. Epcot has the Seas with Nemo, Livin with the Land, Journey into Imagination, Gran Fiesta Tour in addition all of the kidcot stops. At HS Toy Story Mania is a must, muppets 3D, lights motors action, sounds dangerous, plus all the character meets there! Musts at AK are Kilimanjaro Safari, Kali River Rapids, Festival of the Lion King, Nemo the musical.
And of course your resort pool!

First of all, welcome to the Disboards! The boards contain a wealth of information.

I think you should check out the "Theme Parks" boards as they have tips and information on the theme park attractions. If you click on the following link, you'll see a list of height restrictions for each attraction: http://allears.net/tp/rr.htm

This next link will provide tips on how to travel "around the world" with babies and toddlers: http://allears.net/pl/infant.htm

If the older children and the adults want to experience an attraction, you can use "baby swap". Here's an article on how it works: http://allears.net/aa/aa022006.htm#ques1

When our son was younger, I brought along glow sticks that I bought from our local dollar store. I put them in the backpack and took them out when it began to get dark. Much cheaper than buying the glowing merchandise sold during parade times.

There were times when we brought a stroller from home and others when we rented one of the Disney strollers. The Disney strollers always rolled like a dream and they had little bags on the handles to put your "stuff" in.

I don't know what the weather will be like during your travel times but, if it looks like rain, immediately seek out a street vendor selling ponchos or duck into a store and ask the cashier for a poncho (they don't have them out on the shelves). I would also buy a poncho for the stroller. Most stroller parking is out in the open meaning your stroller will get wet if it rains. I used to bring a poncho for the stroller, tie up the hood part into a knot and drape it over the stroller.

Speaking of strollers, you might want to bring along a really bright ribbon or handkerchief and tie it to the handle. The castmembers will often "tidy" up the stroller parking while you are in an attraction so your stroller may not be in the exact spot you left it. If you have something tied to the handle, it will make it easier to find.

Hummmmm, I am sure there are other tips I could pass along but that's all that comes to mind right now.
