Going to WDW for only 1 day Easter week, need advice

We've (dh and I) have been to WDW 3 times prior to having children. Since having children, we've taken them in 2003 and 2004. We are leaving next Saturday (day before Easter) and staying in a condo on Daytona Beach for the week. We don't have the $$ to spend this year and we can only go one day. I've tried finding a place to get cheap tickets, but it's impossible for only one day. I'm not sure we're park hopping as our children are 3 and 4 and not very interested in Epcot, well they LOVE Spaceship Earth, but I don't think enough to necessitate going. At AK we only did the Safari, nothing else and they aren't interested in MGM yet either. So, we figured just MK.

That being said, is there anyway to get cheap tickets for just one day? OR, should we buy 2+ days, no expiration option, park hopper option to use later? We really want to take them, just don't have much $$ to spend.

Also, what are the absolute MUST dos for their ages? There will be the 4 of us plus my friends and their 3 year old daughter there also.

I'm not sure where to get "cheap" tickets. If you belong to AAA I would see what their discount is for a one day pass. I was only at the park one time for just one day and that day we just got tickets at the gate.

As far as what rides are must-do's for 3 and 4 yr olds. Definitely-- It's a Small World, Peter Pan, Dumbo, Mickeys Philharmagic, Aladdins Carpet, Winnie the Pooh, Carousel, Barnstormer, and Buzz Lightyear. Depending on the kids, (my DS2 isn't afraid of anything, yet) Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Caribbean...oh wait, I think that will be closed, anyway. If they are tall enough you could do Big Thunder Mountain. If time allows, I would do Jungle Cruise, the train, and the Speedway, but those aren't on my MUST DO list.
