Going to Universal for first time, which to do first US or IOA?

We'll be staying at the Royal Pacific for 3 nights at the end of July this year. 2 kids, 2 adults. We enjoy Harry Potter but aren't superfans, however we do want to take advantage of the early entry so should we do Diagon Alley first or Hogwarts first?
