Going to The Med 5/31-6/7

Hi all my Castaway mates! Anyone going to the Med? If so what plans do you have?

Hey there!

we are getting on the boat when you are getting off. we are doing private tours in Villefranche and Naples. We're doing DCL Cinque Terre and DCL Jumping into Eternal Rome.

We are on your cruise and have a very similar plan to worldfamous, except we are doing DCL Rome for Families. I really hope that one is good because it sure is expensive!

I posted this on another thread but will ask here since we've got some people replying...we have booked DCL Cinque Terre...I'm wondering if it would be OK to stay in Monterosso and find our own way back to the boat?

OK and not too hard...

Please let me know if you have any thoughts. We have a high functioning autistic child and waiting in a packed train station when we first dock sounds horrible...thanks

I am curious to know if that would be possible also. I am going with DCL because of my easily stressed elderly father, but maybe he will return with the group and DD and I can stay longer.

Hi!
I'll be on this cruise too, with two friends of mine.
For Villefranche, my bestfriend Godmother (which live there) will take us at the port and we will go to Monaco and Menton.
For La Spezia, I booked the Florence and Pisa tour, and for Roma, the Vatican's one.
For Naples, we didn't decide yet... And times goes so fast!

Hey everyone! I emailed disney and they said it was ok to stay in the village at the end of the tour as long as we knew we were responsible for getting back to the ship. FYI!

Hi all we will be sailing with you all . Did this cruise 3 years ago and loved it so this time we will just be doing things on our own so no organised excursions . If you haven't cruised the med before your going to love it see you all on board
