Going to SW for one day, where to buy tickets?

There is a banner that keeps popping up for SW, you get All Day Dining free for the price of a one day ticket $81.99.
I don't know if that includes a 2nd day admission free like the AAA, but if you plan in only going one day and being there all day, the extra $15 may be worth it to be able to get your meals and drinks free.

It's saying it's for US residents, has any UK/international travellers managed to get it? It let me add the tickets to my basket and get all the way through to the payment details.
