Going to MK on the 30th?

Dessert party was worth the money for the amazing view. Not sure I’d spend the money on a HEA night though. Didn’t see anyone though I did look for the magenta/purple hair! But we’ll be at Epcot with a lot of you all tomorrow too! We also snagged a 4th FP. Did pirates with it after the awesome second showing of fantasy in the sky. Actually could have grabbed Space but we didn’t want to ride it again. Figured someone else would appreciate it more than us as we rode it at 1020 anyways.

Park was thinning out quick past 1230. We did haunted mansion in about ten minutes. 7 dwarves and space still had long lines (IMO 60+ is too long for us). They closed space and 7 at 130 I believe. We shopped and left around 140 and are on the bus to AKL.

All things considered a very successful and fun evening! It wasn’t as crowded as I thought. I’m also glad we had dinner at 640 and watched the first fireworks from crystal palace. Good planning really made the night very enjoyable. Really weird but awesome to hear Gaga and other contemporary music throughout the park even after the DJs were done.

I’ve been impressed with how easy it’s been to get additional FPs if you’re not picky about which ride you get them for. I’m on my 7th right now, and I didn’t get onto my 3rd until 6:50pm.

Our third was 745pm and and didn't tap in until well after 8. Checked into dessert party- the terrace one. Hellooooo hot chocolate and coffee!

We did CoP waiting for lines to clear, the people mover, then did Buzz when EMH started. Nearly walk on. Then I decided I was cold enough and got a sweatshirt at emporium. Then went to IaSW as SDMT not up for EMH. Decided we were done after some PP pics on main street. Seems lot of major rides closed for EMH due to long hours today.

Think the cold temps kept crowds at bay. Yes-parts were insanely crowded but mostly in fantasyland, and parts of Liberty Square.
THe party atmosphere was so fun! And the fireworks, WOW! Tink flew right over our heads. And the projection show was on the castle at park close (think that was the time...)

We had an outstanding day! Other than getting stuck on the Pop century bus and missing EMH, the rest of the day went seamlessly. The crowds have been very manageable. My teenage boys had a blast at the dance parties and the fireworks last night were worth every penny of this trip.

Headed to Epcot later for hopefully the best day ever!
