Going to Italy!!!

My hubby and I got the paperwork this week! We made the request in January and will be travelling to the Sunterra resort in Viterbo in June!

Can't wait! Just thought I would share. This is the reason we joined DVC (aside from our addiction to Disney), so that we could see the world. This is our first stop!

Congrats! I would love to travel to Italy with DVC at some point. Can you tell us more about your plans? How many points, what attracted you to the area, how easy or difficult it was to do the exchage, etc.

Hi! We really wanted to go to Italy, so we called DVC and gave them the time would could go and ranked the choices they give you for Italy. We selected Viterbo as our first choice because from what we could tell, it is the cloest to Rome, and I really want to spend a day or two in Rome.

I will be happy to report back when we return! I am really excited.

I will say that flights in March are HALF of what they cost in June, so if that sways your decision, I would go in March. (My hubby's a teacher so we have to go in the summer!)
