going to IOA over christmas

I am going to IOA for the first time over christmas. I am not staying at a hotel there; but I do have a universal express pass plus. I realize there will be long lines but what wait times should i be expecting for rides like the hulk and dueling dragons when I use up my one ride limit on the express pass? Also what tips should I know to reduce my wait time?

I don't know about wait times, but don't forget a bout the single rider line, that can often reduce your wait time.

MIB had a lot of technical difficulties yesterday and that was one reason the FOTL/express was so long.
