Going to DL in December..Best Resort/Hotel?

Can anyone recommend a good neighbor resort/hotel? We wanted to stay at one of the 3 Disney resorts but there is nothing available for our dates: 12/19 - 12/28. We ahve two daughters (10 & 8)

We will probably not stay at the cheapest places, but if anyone has stayed at any GN hotels I would love to hear from you. Thanks

You should go to Fairfield Inn Hotel. In most of the rooms you get great views of Disneyland! Also, Mcdonald is nxt to the parking lot. It's really clos to DLR. -Walking distnace.

Don't forget to keep trying those hotels if you want them - between now and then some one will cancel! It is also worth trying a travel agnent if you haven't already, as different wholesalers hold different allotments of rooms.

otherwise - you will get plenty of advice on other hotels from the rest of the board!
